Our programs
From a single PD session to a fully supported partnership. You don't need to work out which one is right before you talk to us — that's what the free briefing is for.
Free · 30 minutes · online
Leadership Briefing
Before anything else, a short conversation. Tell us about your school through our 3-minute starter, then join a briefing with other school leaders or one-on-one. You'll leave knowing where you are and what makes sense next. No obligation.
For schools and staff
Build the system
Everything here improves the systems your school already has. Nothing rests on one passionate teacher, and a CAS coach walks beside your staff the whole way.

Critical Support Program
Our co-designed program. We work alongside your team on resource recovery, better ways of working (LEAN) and getting everyone on board (NeuroPower). Savings, grants and circular income help cover the cost.
Level 1
Divert & Earn
Get your resource recovery working and earning. We set up the systems, formalise the roles and write the procedures, so the work keeps running whoever is on deck that week.
What's included
- 10 × 1 hour one-to-one sessions with a CAS coach
- Resource recovery systems and baseline data
- Formalised roles and standard operating procedures
- LEAN and NeuroPower frameworks
- SEMP and Carbon Plan activation
- Funding templates and grant assistance
- Sustainability Skills Centre (optional) — a permanent home for the work
Level 2
Divert, Earn & Learn
Everything in Level 1, and then the connections — your Skills Centre linked to the curriculum, and your students linked to real industry.
What's included
- 10 × 1 hour one-to-one sessions with a CAS coach
- Everything in Level 1
- Your Skills Centre connected to the curriculum
- Curriculum and STEM/VET alignment
- Industry connections and student pathways
- Continuous improvement systems and case studies
- Media release, newsletter showcase and logo placement
Not sure which level fits? Most schools don't know either, and that's fine — the free briefing sorts it out in half an hour. Sustainability Industry Insights for Educators and Industry Tours sit outside both levels and are booked separately.

For students
Pathways into real industry
Student programs run through partner schools rather than as standalone bookings — industry readiness, site visits and pathways into manufacturing, engineering and the growing green economy. If you'd like this for your students, it comes through the Divert, Earn & Learn partnership.

Partner with us
We work with businesses who want to inspire students, support schools and show the sustainability and LEAN systems behind modern work — through site tours, speaking, mentoring and project partnerships. Cummins, Oxworks, Queensland Gaskets and OSAAP are already in.
