Be Part of the Climate Action Schools Movement to Join the Ecosystem
Connect your business with schools to redirect resources, build world of work skills, and create lasting impact — together.
Why Businesses Like Yours Are Getting Involved🎯
Businesses are finding great value in connecting with the Climate Action Schools Movement for several compelling reasons:
Developing future talent 🌱 It's a chance to engage with students who are already learning and applying practical sustainability, problem-solving, and circular economy skills. This helps businesses cultivate a future workforce that understands their values and processes from the ground up.
Demonstrating ESG leadership 📣 The programme provides formal recognition for involvement, which is invaluable for showcasing tangible Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) outcomes in tenders, reports, and communications with stakeholders.
Boosting public relations 🌍 It's an excellent way to visibly demonstrate to customers, staff, and the wider community that the business is taking meaningful action for the planet and the next generation.
Motivating and engaging teams 🤝 Sustainability partnerships can significantly boost team morale, foster pride, and strengthen company culture, helping to position the business as an employer of choice.
Connecting with industry leaders 🌐 The programme attracts investment and partnerships from major companies committed to ESG and sustainable supply chains, allowing participating businesses to join and help shape the broader industry conversation on sustainability.
The impact of your involvement ✨
Partnering with Climate Action Schools goes beyond just ticking an ESG box; it's a genuine opportunity to connect with the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers. Students are actively applying proven LEAN methodologies, such as:
5 Whys: Quickly identifying the root cause of problems.
8 Wastes: Recognising where time, energy, and materials are being lost.
5S System: Creating efficient, organised, and clean workspaces.
These students are developing a systems-thinking approach, viewing "waste" as an opportunity, and are eager to learn from world of work business experiences.
