As another school year winds up for Year 12’s and everyone is starting to plan Christmas presents and parties, it’s a timely reminder to think and behave sustainably. Lean even.

We teach that Refuse, Reduce, Reuse comes before Recycle, so if you can perhaps change behaviour starts with leadership?  Alternatives could be to give experiences? Ask yourself, where will this end up? Food is always a winner. Buy people wax wraps and give up the glad wrap as a New Years Resolution?  Give coffee cups as café’s are offering discounts instead of buying single use cups? A new water bottle instead of buying water BYO.  Start a compost.  Give a bin? We can all do better, be better with #continuousimprovement.
