Welcome back! It's wonderful to step into Term 2 alongside such a committed community of schools, educators, and partners. 🌱

This term feels energising. Meeting Tracie Drain, Systems Engineer for NASA's Europa Clipper Mission, at the World Science Festival was a timely reminder of what's possible when curiosity meets purpose. Take your daughters, nieces, sisters — the younger, the better. 🚀 

Term 2 is all about the partnerships, systems, and skills shaping tomorrow's workforce — from green skills and circular innovation to workforce readiness and local collaboration. 

We're also excited to welcome Trent Miles as Chief Transformation Officer, as CAS grows to support 80+ new schools and expands into new states.

Inside this edition you'll find green skills opportunities, industry partnership pathways, and practical workforce readiness resources.

This 2-hour online session guides educators and school teams through the practical strategies and systems needed to start your Climate Action Schools journey. You’ll gain clarity on tools and frameworks that support sustainable systems and activation planning.

🌱 Workshop 2: The System Explained (In Person)
An in-person workshop exploring the Climate Action Schools system in depth — ideal for school teams ready to strengthen integration of sustainability practice across operations, curriculum and strategy.

🌱 Sustainability Workshop – Teacher PD (Online)
A 1.5-hour online professional development session for teachers and staff focused on building sustainability awareness, LEAN principles, resource recovery and circular systems.
